Chat, Mail and the Forum

Am posting this because of how much chaos we sometimes get in chat when its busy. These are my ideas on proper use of chat,whisper, mail and the forum.
World chat is for recruitment and chat to none alliance buddies (note it cost spaekers)
Alliance chat is generally for fun except when we are planning an assault/war etc. Trying to answer a complicated question. At these times off topic convo shoild be whispered or mailed.
Mail Is for diplomacy or if you have ideas or questions that require a long answer then mail should be used especially if war plans and such are being discussed in chat.
Forum This is the proper place for ideas and questions its what it was made for and EVERYONE should contribute. It is also the place to find out updates on what is happening in YOUR alliance. So don't under use it effort goes into making it a useful tool for you to use.

Hmmm, i like these general rules, mage. I know that fun is a big part in our alliance, as it should, but with serious planning we should be seriuos as well. Otherwise the chat gets to chaotic to work out a joined strike, for instance.
